The Karazhma Devi Temple is located east of the Mavelikkara-Thiruvalla road in the Chennithala-Thriperuntura panchayat in Alappuzha district. The temple is under the possession of the Travancore Devaswom Board.  ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിൽ ചെന്നിത്തല-തൃപ്പെരുന്തുറ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ മാവേലിക്കര-തിരുവല്ല പാതക്ക് കിഴക്കായി കാരാഴ്മ ദേവിക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. തിരുവിതാംകൂർ ദേവസ്വംബോർഡിന്റെ അധീനതയിലാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം.
